HelloKiwi is your travel planner for iPhone and iPad. You can create, edit, delete and share trips, add destinations and transport, organise tasks and activities, and use automatic packing lists.

Create, edit, delete and share trips

1. Open HelloKiwi.
2. In the trip overview, tap the + icon.
3. Enter a title and optionally add a subtitle.
4. Choose a cover image, trip dates, destinations and further details.

• Tap a trip in the overview to edit it.
• Swipe left on a trip to delete it.
• Use the share icon to share trip details with other participants.

Title, dates, destinations and cover image

Each trip can contain a title, subtitle, cover image, start and end dates and one or more destinations.

• Destinations can include city, country, period and optional notes.
• The trip overview keeps these details structured without manual sorting.

Automatic system packing lists

Trip themes describe the travel type, such as city trips, beach holidays, road trips, wellness travel or trips with children or pets.

• Several themes can be combined for one trip.
• HelloKiwi creates matching system packing lists automatically.
• Suggestions stay adjustable and you can add your own items.

Support when packing

The pack assistant helps fill your packing list faster based on trip themes, trip dates, destinations and transport information.

1. Open the trip and go to Packing list / Pack assistant.
2. Start the assistant to receive suggestions.
3. Accept, edit or remove suggested items.

Flights, trains, cars, buses, ferries and cruises

You can add different types of transport and enrich them with names or numbers, departure and destination details, times and notes.

Plan with family, friends or crew

Add participants to keep track of who is traveling with you and make the trip easier to coordinate as a group.

Track shared trip expenses

Use split costs to record shared expenses, assign who paid and keep balances visible for the group.

• Add costs for accommodation, transport, food, activities or other shared travel expenses.
• Connect expenses to participants so everyone can see what has been paid and what still needs to be settled.
• Keep trip budgeting inside HelloKiwi instead of switching between notes, chats and separate calculators.
