You have an iPhone, your friend has an Android phone, and the planning happens on an iPad? That’s exactly what HelloKiwi is made for. Your trip syncs through our own server, so everyone sees the same plan.

Invite by link.

Open the trip and tap “Invite someone” in the “Sharing” section. Send the link by messenger or email. As soon as someone wants to join, you confirm it.

All travel buddies can edit the trip: destinations, legs, tasks, notes and expenses. As the owner, you keep the overview – you invite people, manage members and can hand the trip over.

Can iPhone and Android users plan together?

Yes. Mixed groups are fully supported: everyone sees the same plan, whatever device they use. The Android app is coming soon to Google Play.

Does everyone need an account?

Yes, to share and join trips, everyone needs a free account. You can sign in with Apple, Google, an email code or a passkey.

How long is an invitation valid?

14 days, and each one is for one person. For more travel buddies, simply create more invitations.

Who can do what?

All travel buddies can fully edit the trip. The owner invites people, removes members and can hand over or delete the trip.

I installed the app via an invitation link. How do I join?

Sign in and open the invitation link again – or enter the code under “Enter invitation code”. The owner then confirms that you’ve joined.
